PASIGARBO SA SUGBO 2023: Rosquillos Festival of the Municipality of Liloan‼️

Where the Rosquillos is celebrated as the pride of Liloan... This year’s production narrates the exciting evolution of the Rosquillos beginning in the 1900s during its inception, up to its modernization in the 2020s 🤩🤩

The story is told in the conventional music theater tradition localized as zarzuela - in original song and dance numbers reflecting the varied music and dance genres of the decades.

Last Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022 at The Kabilin Center, Cebu City, the 55th Shell NSAC took place. It was the first face-to-face event since the Pandemic.
